Centerparcs parent brand tasked us with designing and front-end construction of a pan-European, nine language, full e-commerce website with the primary aim of increasing the online booking percentage versus call center.

Lead design, online brand development, art direction, user experience design focused heavily on usability and accessibility.
Local reporter
My recent pitch designs helped win this client back from a Dutch agency. The numerous online aspects to centerparcs business has provided a long term challenge with designs subject to extensive user testing. In that time I moved to an art direction role whilst the site saw a 25% increase in traffic and a 60% increase in on-line sales worth a staggering 25 million Euros.
